About CYM Cleveland

 

Cindy Earl, President and CEO of CYM Cleveland, has a proven track record in communications, marketing, public relations, corporate event planning and business. In more than 15 years as a communications and marketing professional, her work has spanned the fields of professional associations, not-for-profits, corporations, colleges and universities and small business.

In 2001, she left her job as a college marketing director and began consulting with various clients in business writing, public relations, marketing communications, strategic communications planning, media analysis, media planning and corporate events.

Her experience and training (she holds an undergraduate degree in

Organizational Communication and a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio) give her the unique ability to produce outstanding results in PR and marketing communication.

Cindy is a Certified Book Yourself Solid Coach. Based on the work of best-selling author Michael Port (pictured at left), Book Yourself Solid is "the fastest, easiest, most reliable system to get more clients than you can handle, even if you hate marketing and selling." She has received additional training in graphic design, web design, database management, marketing strategy, corporate training and is also a Registered Corporate Coach with the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC).

Cindy's passion for helping small business started when she founded the Cleveland chapter of eWomenNetwork, a powerful marketing and promotion network for women-owned businesses, in 2003. She served as Executive Managing Director for 4 ½ years, presenting monthly business networking events for women and enriching the women’s business community in Northeast Ohio. She also developed sponsors and affiliates on both a local, regional and national level and conducted training workshops for other directors at eWomenNetwork. She developed a influential network of local business owners, professionals and resources in Northeast Ohio. She has a passion for helping and inspiring female entrepreneurs and service profesionals.
